admincp: That action could not be completed
 

Hi,

my vb5 test-forum works and looks allright, although I cannot access admincp. As soon as I click on the link /admincp/ I get the following error:

That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

I figured out, that I can access the admincp when going to /core/admincp/ - but in that case it does not show the style correctly (see attachment).

How to fix that? As said, rest of the forum like /blogs/ or /member/1-testuser/ etc. works fine, just admincp doesn't.
