Best way to handle "" quotes?
 

<div>Ive just finished a Vanilla import and now have alot of HTML code in posts to clean up,
Ive got most of it covered by:

"" => "[img]",
"<b>" => "[b]",
etc

But not sure how to handle these one's:

<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">


The "" are giving me issues in the script and im not sure how to handle them.
