Help, Accidently Deleted Admin Access
 

I accidently unchecked secondary user group Administrator and now had only Super Moderator access to my message board.

I saw one recovery method where it says to put the tools.php into the admincp directory and access it through the URL. When I did that, it came up with some kind of error on line 43 it said. Is there any other method of being able to add a new user and set to Administrator?
