Forum vbulletin 4.2 forum suite to publishing suite help
 

Hi all,

I'm currently running 4.2 forum and i wanted to upgrade to Publishing suite. Last time i uploaded all the files and ran upgrade.php it didn't work. Only seems to work on a fresh install which i don't want.

Any suggestions?
