Account Issue
 

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

I have tried logging into my VB account in which I have two VB licenses. However it seems that my email address is no longer in your database. It was only about 6 months - 7 months since I last logged in. I can't find my customer number but can supply all my details with ID proof.

Can a staff member please try to locate my account and provide me with access details?
