Adding a forum is very difficult
 

So I've spent an hour trying to add a forum and I can't do it.

I've read the documentation located here:

But I'm not successful in creating a forum which I can access with one of the tabs.

There are two forums under the Forums Channel.

I would like the General and Special forum be shown in this display.

I assume I need to select a module, but which one displays forums?
