Forum After upgrading to 4.2.0 I still see "Run Upgrade Script" in ACP Settings.
 

Title basically says it all. I upgraded from 4.1.12 to 4.2.0 and everything seems to have gone successfully. I do still see the "Run Upgrade Script" option under AdminCP -> Settings menu and am not sure if that is supposed to be there or not.

Also, should I just delete the install directory now that I'm done or is there any benefit to keeping it? Is it a security risk to keep it?
