Lighttpd Configuration ?

My server for images sharing only, upload and use the images, Direct links
Example: http://dc04.arabsh.com/i/00128/k43xji4lgffk.png
Same: http://imageshack.us , http://tinypic.com
The problem, In peak hours, opening the images is very slow, or not opening
Please, Can you help me, I want A better Lighttpd Configuration for my servers
I want the servers that they bear the biggest amount from the users on line
Note, in any server 4.000.000 - 5.000.000 images store , And 6TB- 11TB bandwidth monthly
Please, Help me for this Lighttpd Configuration
