Where has the vb 4.2 online manual gone?
 

I bought vb 4.2 three weeks ago, and I cannot proceed to build my forum without this help. It is not in the documentation now. The only alternative seems to be vb connect 5, but this uses sitebuilder to navigate around, which I don't have, and probably don't want. Where can I now access this manual? I want the 4.2 one and not the 3.7 one.
