Sales Question
 

I own a couple of Vbulletin licenses for version 3.8 and I will upgrading one soon and the other I don't need any more. I purchased them several years ago. Is it possible for me to sell it as is or do I need to purchase an upgrade before selling the unwanted one? Is it worth investing more money just to sell it to someone else?

PS: This is a sales question, not a sales ad.
