No Response from Customer Support
 

I'm writing while sitting on hold for 47+ minutes trying to get a hold of someone at vB via phone. My emails to support and sales have gone unanswered, as time is of the essense as I need to access the members' area and have been unable to.

Is there any faster way to reach and get a response from Customer Support? :(
