Forum vbulletin 4.0.6 search / whats new internal error
 

If you search or click whats new on our forums you get an internal server error.

Part of the problem is I am not sure exactly when it started. Users started reporting problems yesterday. I did upgrade to php version 5.3.16 yesterday. Any thoughts / recommendations?

I have searched just about everywhere I know to search. repaired and optimized the tables. turned off the hook/plugin system. I can not get the search function to work. I am noticing strange errors in the log file on the server and working to see what I can do about those. If you have any thoughts on what I could do to rectify the issue please let me know.
