Regime in Manama: Let the arms talk with peaceful protests

Regime forces turned the capital Manama to a military barracks where troops deployed heavily armed. The regime's forces suppressed masses destined for the capital to participate in the massive mass rally called for by opposition today.

They transferred the capital Manama to tightly besieged military barracks at all entrances, whilst the strict security cordon applied on the capital caused massive traffic jams.

Moreover, regime forces barbarically suppressed all citizens who insisted on being in the capital Manama and inhumanely drew their weapons against them.

Many protesters were chased in Manama alleyways by regime forces. Households suffered the heavy use of teargases at the heart of the capital.

Opposition leaders, activists and citizens actively participated in today's protests. They were brutally repressed which left many injuries among protesters.

The people of Bahrain insist on their right to freely express their views through practicing the basic right of peaceful protesting.
