Forbidden and CHMOD
 

Today, after upgrading to 3.82 I found several (many) links including admin panel with Forbidden errors.
While I have seen the sticky Forbidden and Not acceptable errors? with Forbidden issue and talked to my hosting provider. They told me that they don't have installed anything mentioned in your message. But based on error logs they found out that it is file permission issue and suggested me to tweak with chmod command.

I can set attributes, but I don't know which ones are required for running the forum software and which ones I don't want to touch not to weaken my security.

Please help!!!
