disabling url in posts
 

Maybe this is somewhere, i have searched both here and the mods site....but can't find an answer to this anywhere...

Is it possible to disable a users ability to put a link in their posts?

I have one user (at the moment) that we would like to disable this ability.

PS..would love this option for all new users.
