Forum Content Encoding Error - Please Help!
 

Hello and thanks for taking some time to help solve this issue.

When visiting my forums an error showed up saying "Content Encoding Error"...

I followed this thread - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...encoding+error

which allowed me to get the site back up, but none of my forum images are showing up (the images beside the category names, drop down arrows, etc...) and i am getting weird black bars running across my adminCP (see attached images)

I tried disabling all mods by adding define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to my Config file but that did not remove the issue.

Does anyone know why this is happening? If so, how to resolve it?
