Forum Since Upgrade to 4.0.5 some members cant send messages?
 

I have been getting complaints from some members of issues sending PM's

I was having a problem with the server time stamp and some of the dates on the posts suddenly got all mixed up?? Hmmm 3 hours later he sent me this?
