Forum Permissions for Mods to Edit Users' Profile
 

Maybe I am over looking something but, I need to give the ability for my Moderators to edit users' profiles. Is there a permission to set to let them do this? Specifically I need them to be able to change Custom User Titles without the user being able to edit them.
