Forum Changing Individual User Permissions
 

I would like to restrict a single user from being able to create new Threads/Topics.

I do not want to have to create an entirely new usergroup to do this.

I see in the user admin, on the user edit page an item in the dropdown menu called "View Forum Permissions". Not sure what the purpose of this is, given these are probably the same exact permissions for the Usergroup he's in (Registered Users). An "Edit Forum Permissions" would be helpful ...
