Correct customer # - but doesn't like it
 

Hi There,

I own a web & print media business and am working on vbulletin for a very large school.

I am owner of vbulletin and so have been able to re-download and upload version 4.10. However, I cannot get passed the Enter your customer # screen.

I have entered in the correct # so many times, and it returns " incorrect #"... but this IS the correct number.

Can you please offer any suggestions. What do I do to get this to run?

Please help asap.
