Site getting copied - scrapping pages with email addresses

I run a business forum and I recently discovered that there is a website which is copying my content. The way he is copying the content is unique.

What he is doing is - looking for pages with email addresses and copying those threads - registering a user with that email address so the user gets an email about his site. He has copied about 9000 users like this.

What I have done:
I have installed the email obfuscator mod to convert all posted emails to images which pass on a hash code. But the problem does not end there.

There are many users who have registered with their email address as their username - these users are still getting copied - as in threads they are posting are being copied. I remember there was a mod that could hide the @example.com of the email address from the username display. Can anyone suggest where I can find it or what can be done to stop this.
