Unexpected encoding problem!

Hello!

I set up my vB (v. 3.8.2.) on 16/04 and I started translate it to Greek (el), encoding: ISO-8859-7
There's no problem at all with my forum sections, as well as with the email notifications.

I got this emai as a notification
(Notice: I delete many characters, in order to keep it private, for the moment)

Today, trying the Birthday scheduled task, I got the "Happy Birthday" message as follows!

Same thing (not to bother you with tooo many quotations) with post notifications as well as with pm notifications and smtp (contact us) notifications.
In other words, it seems that for a reason I cannot explain, there's something wrong (?) with $vboptions[bbtitle] when sending emails (everything, still works fine on my forum - so, it doesn't have to do with the encoding iso-8859-7).

Any idea and help, should be much appreciated!...
