Suite Warnings after upgrading 3.8.2 -> 4.0.2PL1

Two warnings are showing up at the top of my forum after upgrading. These errors seem to cause template issues. I initially had an error with the adminfunctions_template file, but I ran the fix for that. These were already showing during that time as well.

Before the uggrade I deleted all my original styles except the basic vB one. After the install I went ahead and deleted the 3.8 default vB style and was left with just the 4.0 one.
Oddly, when not logged in nothing shows as an error, however once logged in you get the errors on all pages, except when logging out only the global.php error shows.
