CMS Articles in Multiple Categories

OK, after a lot of reading posts with the same content, and posting many questions that have already be posted, I finally go things setup in my vBulletin 4.02 Suite.

I have setup Sections and sub-sections instead of using categories. I did this because I need to be able to control layouts and article listing orders.

However, my problem is in assigning article to multiple sections. What I ended up doing was to create a category under 2 sections and assign that article to both categories. You can see the attached image to see what I did. The article is under my "Anxiety/Stress>Articles" section, but it is also assigned to the categories shown.


The article does not show up under the "Depression" section, even though the 2nd category is under that section. Is that because I do not have the "Category Widget" there? Does it require a link to the category to see that article?

I think by writing this out, I answered most of my questions.
So, only one question remains: Is there no way to just have the contents of the category, even though the article officially is in the other section, just appear on the page?
