http://alwefaq.net/index.php?show=ne...rticle&id=6388

In a press conference at al-Wefaq on Tuesday, 24th April, lawyer Mohamed al-Tajir said that the Public Prosecution procrastinated to hand over the body of the martyr Salah Habib to his family despite finishing the needed procedures, "Because the authorities wanted to prevent the funeral from taking place during the Formula1 event", he said.

The martyr Salah,37, was kidnapped by security forces and declared dead on 20th April. He was found deceased in a farm in Shakhoura village, west of the capital Manama.

Al-Tajir stressed that the method of murder in Salah's case, predicts that there was an intention with premeditation to kill. He noted, "We have reached a stage of loss of security, and lack of confidence in the judiciary and security services, and politicians are required to demand international protection for Bahraini citizens."

Sayed Hadi al-Musawi mentioned the involvement of other security services in the crime, such as the National Guard. He said that al-Wefaq will write to the Secretary General of the United Nations and the High Commissioner for Human Rights. The society will also urgently write to Amnesty, Human Rights Watch, Doctors without Borders, Physicians for Human Rights and other organizations concerning this matter.

Al-Musawi said that the society will reveal in its letter how authorities toy with people's lives, as it is not convincing to consider any other cause of death than murder in martyr Salah's case. He criticized the public prosecution of trying to hide the crime.

Mr. Mushaima says he felt that State of emergency is declared in all security services. After that he was told he will be known with the results whenever it's ready and may be taken again to the Military Hospital for other examinations.

Mr. Mushaima was surprised entry of Mr. Khalid assistant of Dr. Cherif Bassiouni's committee when he was taken back again to the military hospital who became State employee together with other doctors. There, Mr Khalid informed him he's free of cancer, and what emerged in the CT scan was an error in conductivity of the x-ray and not a real disease.

Mr. Mushaima doesn't mind cooperating with prison officers and medics as long they are treating him well during examination without handcuffing him which they didn't after his last statement.

Mr. Mushaima said that those who followed him ensured it's his right to get appropriate treatment, and he trust words of Dr Shubbar's who informed him he's free of cancer. To be more sure, he asked to get all reports and results of his tests carried out in military hospital and the King Hamad Hospital to obtain another consultation and complete treatment either in the hospital or outside and get a report from his doctor in the United Kingdom who used to treat him.

To reach accurate diagnosis regarding his health condition he asks Jaw prison administration to obtain another medical opinion to explicit any inaccurate rumors or statements on his illness.
