Problems with RSS feeds

<div>I have activated RSS feeds on three VB boards (3.8*) and they seemed to work fine for a a couple of days and now stopped all together...

The URLs are:

http://disc.na.org/servsys/external.php?type=RSS2
http://disc.na.org/servdisc/external.php?type=RSS2
http://disc.na.org/wsc/external.php?type=RSS2

It also turns out that even while they were working, they did not deliver all of the individual posts or threads... running feed validator on the first URL above returned this:

This is a valid RSS feed.

Recommendations

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
line 43, column 31: content:encoded contains bad characters (68 occurrences) [help]

So I am not sure where to turn or what I can do to fix these feeds? Any and help would be appreciated.
