| Having quite a major issue with people not being able to connect to the forum even though for other people the site works fine. Changed servers recently from shared to VPS, had a server optimisation done by Eva to which my host has followed all the suggested settings but people are still having issues. For me it seems to be working fine but even on our Facebook fanpage people are asking why is the site down but it's not. Some of my staff cannot connect when I am online and everything is fine. Page cannot be displayed errors and "cannot find" errors. There seems to be 3 degrees. Some people have no errors, everything works fine. Some people have constant errors and can connect some times Some people can't connect at all and the site has been "dead" since we moved server. Tried all different browsers, clearing caches/cookies etc... Host says all is well server end. Am totally out of ideas and getting pretty fed up of complaints but not being able to do anything.
