Scope of the position:

The position is required to ensure that LMRA is provided with reliable, desktop technology to support all its business processes, and a Single Point of Contact for all technology related problems.

The senior System Administrator responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and enabling staff.

Candidates MUST meet the following technical qualifications, and experience:

- Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server platforms with an emphasis on Microsoft Services is preferable.
- Experience in Exchange 2003-2010 messaging system.
- Experience in Virtualization Technology.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture and configurations to include some experience and knowledge with Cisco routers & switches, Internet firewalls, and wireless technology.
- Good Windows batch processing & scripting skills.
- Experience with database applications such as Microsoft SQL Server like setting it up and managing databases tasks: backup jobs, disk space and logs.
- Maintains quality of service skills, a strong work ethics, and strong organization skills and is a team player with the ability to work well independently.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Enterprise Environment and local IT policies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as computer hardware & software documentation and operating and maintenance instructions and procedure.
- Considered as a good thinker and displays a willingness to learn.
- Self-learning and self-education abilities.

Qualifications and experience:

- Servers Administration certification. MCSE or MCITP and VMWare or Hyper-V (will be preferable).
- University degree in computing science/engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Servers Administration role

Scope of the position:

The position is to ensure that LMRA is provided with reliable, secure and high-available servers and network technology to support all IT services to enable business processes.

The main responsibilities of the Systems Administrator will include:

- Provision, install, configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot servers as per LMRA IT Processes and best practices.
- Plan, perform and monitor serves capacity and security to ensure reliability and high-availability of the servers.
- Plan, perform and test server backups to ensure the availability and integrity of data whenever required.
- Provide Help Desk with 2nd Level of support in order to resolve Incidents in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on technology tools and trends in order to propose and implement enhancement which lead to more effective and efficient use of technology.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure documentations.

Qualifications:

- Servers Administration certification such as MCSE, RHCE, IBM Certified or similar.
- University degree in computing science/engineering or similar.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
