Lately my daily digest has not been going out, and there have been no configuration changes between the last successful run two days ago and today. Yesterday it did not run, and today it is already past time.
I have about 500 of these that need to go out, and the groups are depending on the successful delivery of these digests.
I've reviewed the docs and searched this forum to no avail.
Here are some facts:
The admincp > maintenance > diagnostics > Email test ran successfully
The task is set to run at 6am. It is past 6am and has not run
The Scehduled task log says it will run next today at 6am
Some of the other scheduled tasks have run already
Some of the other tasks say their next run is today at 3:56 am, 4:00 am, etc. All are past due.
What do I do to trouble shoot and/or fix this?
I have tried the "Run Now" button on some of the other past due tasks, and it does not run the task.
