| I run a cartography website (art oriented) which utilizes a lot of attachments. My current stats are: about 5-6 Gb bandwidth a month, currently using 22Gb Storage, 267 Mb database. Threads 9,120Posts 104,164Members 20,018Active Members 1,945 I get about 35-50 users (bots and guests included) at a time...with the occasional spike when the site is featured somewhere. I'm currently hosted by Godaddy's deluxe hosting which is 6.99 and is fine except for one new restriction... I'm not allowed to have more than 1024 files in a single folder...which I am now surpassing with my attachments folder. my site is not monetized yet, I rely on donations and a pretty measly adsense payment. I need to be able to grow my site, but I'm not sure what a good reliable option would be... Each other shared host I go to has some kind of either bad review or weird file structure limitation (hostgator for example, no more than 250,000 inodes allowed, 50,000 for backups, and I'm already at 53,000 inodes) I've looked into cloud hosting, which seems pretty cool, and I can get probably for about 50 bucks a month... but I'd like to find something that would be better tailored to my site and not so big a financial step...I'd really like to find something in the 15-20 dollar a month range that would be decent...any ideas? I have to move, because the 1024 file per folder limit is ridiculous...but any other shared hosting plan I've read about will only buy me some time before I have to move or upgrade again... __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__  |
