Prepare the training calender *
Organize and implement training program *
measure training outcomes
Create an organizational culture for continuous *

able to work under prussure and meet deadlines AND *
Display excelent knowledge in HR and strategy *

The person sould have
A mimimum qualification of degree in Human Resource
management
(Excelent English language skills ( spoken and written *

Computer literacy
Familiarity with the local labor market, labor law and *
training levy policy
A minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in training field *
