There wasn't much chance that I was going to upgrade my vB3 licence to vB4 due to the licensing changes, but now that I've sent in some feedback about my up and coming renewal, and haven't heard back in over 24 hours, I would say it's gone from not much chance, to none at all.
I take it your not interested in hearing from previously loyal customers who finds the new license structure a little hard to swallow. I mean saving a whole 20.00 for an upgrade and still having to shell out $175.00 after being a customer for a number of years is not really what I would call good business or caring about your customers. Even the pre release promotion you had on a few months ago was a slap in the face.
