When someone uses a VM instead of a PM, or misuses a VM in some other way, the recipient is stuck with that message showing on the wall until an admin comes along to clean it up. The user can delete the text but the message is still there with a Deleted by XXXX message instead.
I don't really see the benefit in forcing that VM message to stay there with no content, or forcing a user to have an unwanted message showing on their page. What's the reasoning behind keeping a user from being able to delete VMs? At the very least the ACP should have a control for letting users delete received VMs, as they can PMs.
