Please enhance Forum Blocks!

When I first found the forum block feature I was soooooooooooo excited. Don't get me wrong, I love vB and am happy I made the purchase (even with the few bumps in the road).

But why.... oh why.... do you guys develop a feature that has so much potential and then leave out small things that are critical to actually making the feature useful?

To elaborate, Forum Blocks are an excellent idea but they totally miss the mark in two ways

1) You need to be able to display forum blocks selectively in the categories/forums you want, not just in Forumhome (and not 100% site wide either!).

2) Once you can actually selectively choose which categories/forums to display forum blocks in. You need to then be able to control which blocks get displayed in which categories. I.E. If I create 10 forum blocks, I only want 1 or 2 of them displayed in a specific category, and maybe 3 of them in another category, and none in the rest of the category/forums.

Without those two critical features, Forum Blocks are totally useless to me.

Like I said, don't take it the wrong way, but to go through all the work of creating the forum blocks feature and then cripple with no functionality of where and how to display it seems like a waste of time.
