Intermittent Forum Slow Down - Driving Me Nuts (and it's a short drive).

My forum is intermittently slowing to a crawl! For about 5-10(sometimes more, sometimes less) posts or page views the forum is very fast.
Then it just dies, after about 1 minute or longer it's back and running fast until it dies again.

Here is the data VBulletin recommends I provide to help figure this out.
Any and all help will be appreciated.
