Some of moderators have used custom infractions and selected expire period "never" having in mind that those points will add each time the user receives another infractions resulting in longer auto-ban periods.
Now we found that instead of this* if the user previously got infraction points with expiration "never"* should they get any other infraction* they don't even get the auto-ban for the recently got infraction points* nor for the accumulated amount of infraction points* and the only way to solve it is to reverse the old infraction points that supposedly should never expire.
Please tell me what's wrong? If there's a option to expire "never" what's the purpose of it* since the auto-ban will always check the number of points and not their active period. Why these infractions points alterat the way new infraction point added act ?
