Purchase Chinese or English Version?

We are in contact a while back on the support for the Chinese version of vBulletin. We are now ready to buy. I wanted to check what is our best option for purchase.

Our requirements are:

Support Chinese language searching
User and administrator interface can support Chinese and English (ability to support other Asian language packs would be desirable).
Integration (single login) with vldPersonals software (vldPersonals supports the single login with the standard [English] version of vBulletin)

Do we have to buy the Chinese version of vBulletin through the Chinese site then load the English language pack? My preference would be to purchase the Chinese version of vBulletin here. I would also want to get support from this Forum if at all possible. The main problem is I will be managing vBulletin and I can't read/write Chinese. My co-worker will be the content developer of the site and she can read/write Chinese but will not be able to do the technical management of vBulletin.

I saw your thread that there's plan to support Chinese searching in v4. We don't want to wait for v4 but would like the option to convert/upgrade the Chinese version to the v4 English version when the Chinse searching is implemented.
